This game looks SO sick. It looks like the snowboard version of the game Skate. And with Skate as an example, look at what it did to Tony Hawk. They looked at a game like Tony Hawk, that wasnt realistic at all to the real skaters out there and squashed it with REALITY. Now Stoked is going to take a game like Shaun White Snowboarding and SSX and squash it with REALITY. The game for real boarders. But one thing I AM concerned about is that I just saw in the video a guy taking his foot out of the binding. Thats what SSX does and isnt realistic at all. Please dont go in that direction. Take SKATE as your example and help that point you in the right direction. I’m really hoping you guys delayed the game a month to really make it stand out from any other snowboard game around (whoa, Skate did that with skateboarding games). See where I’m getting at here? =) . Well take it easy guys and cant wait to see the amazing final product!
Ok so I just started reading your blogs and press releases and now see that Skate and Amped are some of your guides. I’m SOOOO glad to hear this! Amped 2 was the sickest snowboard game. My friends and I would play it for so many hours on end. Amped 3 blew chunks and I cried a little when they screwed that up. Keep it real guys and thanks for all the hard work youre throwing out there for us boarders of all that white powdery stuff!
